A Grand Time in Grand Rapids By Tim Hodson

GPN’s Plant Health Management Conference took place last Tuesday in Grand Rapids, Michigan. And from the responses to our attendee survey, it looks like everyone had a grand (and educational) time!

The Grand Rapids Hilton was hopping with more than 70 attendees representing approximately 40 different growing operations from as far away as Maryland and Massachusetts.

Conference attendees learned about the latest techniques for battling insects and diseases in the greenhouse as well as plant growth management practices and production methods from some of our industry’s top experts and academics like the University of Florida’s Dr. Jim Barrett (pictured on the right) – who also happens to be GPN’s consulting editor.

A big thank you goes out to our supporting sponsors – AmericanHort, BASF, BioSafe, BioWorks, Nufarm, SePRO and Syngenta.

Interns Don’t Delay
