CO-EX Appoints Kurt Glaser as Managing Director

EMP SA, manufacturer of advanced polycarbonate sheets and systems, announced the appointment of Kurt Glaser as managing director of CO-EX Corp. effective immediately.

We expect the business to gain momentum with Kurt’s leadership,” said Enzo Piarulli of EMP SA, Switzerland. “His deep business experience, passion for serving customers and impressive track record of delivering innovation, global execution and results will take our business to the next level.”

Glaser joined CO-EX Corp. last year as director of sales and marketing. In this position, he led global marketing strategy, customer insights, communications, planning and execution across all customer segments and business units. Prior to joining CO-EX, Glaser had long-term experience in the plastics industry having led several leading corporations in the U.S. market.

New Appointments to Sales Team at BFG Supply

BFG Supply, a leading horticultural distributor serving customers in the Great Lakes, Midwest and Great Plains regions of the United States, has appointed Jim Kasper as the Eastern regional sales manager.

Jim has invested more than 20 years in the horticultural field, most recently as district sales manager for Myers Lawn and Garden Group. Jim will oversee sales in the Eastern and Central regions of BFG Supply.

BFG Supply also has appointed Sam Janicki as a sales representative working out of the Minneapolis branch.

Sam has several years experience in the horticulture and agriculture field, and most recently has been continuing his education at the University of Minnesota focusing on organic horticulture and managing the university’s trial and display gardens. Sam will be working as a sales rep focusing on Minnesota and North Dakota.
