American Takii Inc., located in Salinas, California is a subsidiary of Takii & Company, LTD, a privately held company that has been based in Kyoto, Japan since 1835. Takii is one of the world’s largest breeder/producers of flower and vegetable seeds, with breeding and experimental stations in Japan, and international facilities located in the United States, Holland, The Netherlands, France, Chile, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea and China. Sahin and Global Flowers have recently joined the Takii family. Along with supplying superior seed, American Takii, Inc. recognizes the importance of developing customer relations for long-term partnerships.
