Gardeners in Toronto appear to have a "growing" problem and it has nothing to do with their plants' health.
It seems that thieves are sneaking into homeowners' yards and gardens and stealing their plants right out of the ground.
According to news reports, several homeowners have reported that their full-grown plants are being plucked out of planters and gardens throughout the city.
Most gardeners put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into their plants so it is understandable that they would be angry at the culprits. One frustrated homeowner was extremely upset and posted a sign in his yard wishing bad karma on the thief and even more bad tidings.
Has this ever happened in your area? Are you growing and selling plants that that are theft-worthy? What are your in-demand plants for 2014?
