  • Echinacea

‘Purity’ boasts more than 25 blooms on a year-old established plant. Strong and well branched, this coneflower prefers full sun. Use a coarse and slightly mineral soil with a pH of 5.8-7.3. Hardy to Zones 4 to 9, ‘Purity’ finishes in six to eight weeks. Flowers should be deadheaded to prolong bloom.

    Dianthus

A sport of ‘Fire Witch’, dianthus ‘Wicked Witch’ is bred to have all the same features as its parent: early spring flowering and repeat blooming through the summer. Blue-green foliage accents the cherry-red flowers. Hardy to Zones 3 to 9, ‘Wicked Witch’ reaches a height of 7 inches in full flower and is drought and heat tolerant. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil.

    New Guinea Impatiens

‘Niño Luis Amerinova’ grows to 8-10 inches tall and spreads 12-16 inches in partial to full shade. This variety is bred to finish up to three weeks faster than traditional New Guinea impatiens and requires no pinching or growth regulators because of its compact size and well-branched habit. The Niño series features compact mounds of flowers in a range of 10 colors: oranges, reds, pinks and whites.

    Begonia

New to the Nonstop series, begonia ‘Nonstop Fire’ has large 4-inch fully double flowers that unfold above deep-green foliage. Lateral branches develop early for a full, mounded habit. Its vibrant blooms contain shades of yellow, gold, orange and red. Nonstop varieties are ideal for hanging baskets, combination pots and as specimen plants in the garden.
