But for growers and retailers, spring training is really just now getting started — and it usually never ends.

"What Spring Training Really Should Look Like" will be presented by Dr. Bridget K. Behe, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Horticulture, Michigan State University. It will take place April 29 at 2 p.m. Eastern time.

Employee training is critical to your business' success. Refreshed and inspired employees can be more highly motivated and productive and that's good for everyone!

Dr. Bridget BeheDuring the one-hour webinar, Dr. Behe will present strategies and tactics for re-focusing and re-directing employees to be the best they can when interacting with you, other employees and customers. She will outline some important employee training information for you to review with them for the busy spring season along with suggesting some new tactics to keep the conversation with customers and other employees constructive.

Dr. Behe will talk about some of the different types of information management needs to collect, share and revise to keep the employees focused to produce the desired outcomes and keep everyone "on the same page."
