It's Never Too Early...

...to start thinking about 2013 California Spring Trials.

Even though it is only mid-November, the planning for 2013 Spring Trials is in full swing.

California Spring Trials is the place to be April 6 to 11, 2013. It is an action packed week where the breeders as well as other horticulture companies get the opportunity to introduce their newest varieties and products.

Just last week, we heard about Proven Winners relocating to northern California and Plug Connection expanding its exhibit and adding five new companies at its Vista location (see articles below).

I've also "unofficially" heard about several new Spring Trials locations and re-locations for some breeders due to acquisitions and expansions. GPN and GPN Weekly will let you know what the new locations are as soon as those companies make their officials announcements. Also, we are in the process of redesigning our sister website, www.CaliforniaSpringTrials.com, to provide you with the most up-to-date information for the 2013 event. It should be up and running very soon. And be sure to check out our www.CaliforniaSpringTrials.com Facebook page too for information.

Do you plan on attending 2013 California Spring Trials? OFA will be creating a centralized reservation system this year for you to set up your Spring Trials visits. And If you are looking for a cost effective and educational way to attend California Spring Trials, don't forget, Cornell University and Purdue University also are organizing a trip that will take place April 6-8, 2013.

Drop me a line at thodson@sgcmail.com and let me know what your plans are for 2013 California Spring Trials are.
