More than 90 ornamental cultivars have been added to the list of tolerant ornamentals for Dimension 2EW herbicide, bringing the total list to 444.

Dow AgroSciences says these additions will allow turf professionals and nursery managers to apply its Dimension 2EW with more confidence to control key weeds while ensuring crop safety.

The new tolerant ornamentals include: chrysanthemum, Japanese wisteria, groundcover rose, European white birch, blood grass, saucer magnolia, tree philodendron and several different varieties of palm.

Dandelion, sowthistle and willowherb have also been added to the label as weeds controlled by the herbicide.

Dimension 2EW can be applied to landscape and field- and container-grown ornamentals, controlling both grassy and broadleaf weeds without harming desirable plants.
