Agribio, Dümmen Finalize Deal
Breeding and young plant production companies Dümmen and Agribio Group recently announced they have successfully closed their intended merger.
The new company will continue as from now under the name DNA Green Group and includes well-known brands like Red Fox, Fides, Barberet & Blanc, Ecke and Lex+..
DNA Green Group is made up of floricultural breeding companies focused on cut flowers (chrysanthemum, carnations and rose), pot plants (kalanchoe, pot mums and poinsettia), bedding plants (geranium, petunia, etc.) and perennials.
According to a company press release, the new company will follow a growth strategy and is committed to continuously invest in R&D, product quality and marketing to ensure the highest level of quality and service to its customers.
DNA Green Group has a worldwide network of high quality propagation locations and sales organizations.
The company has approximately 6,000 employees worldwide and its headquarters is located in De Lier, the Netherlands.
