Sun Gro and Florikan Intend to Form Joint Venture

Sun Gro Horticulture and Florikan ESA recently announced their intention to form a strategic joint venture to sell controlled-release and water-soluble fertilizers, as well as other specialty fertilizer products, to the North American professional horticulture industry. The venture is expected to operate under the name Florikan Specialty Plant Nutrition.

GGS Acquires Niagrow Systems

GGS recently announced its purchase of Niagrow Systems, the leading supplier of hot water heating systems for greenhouses in North America. Wim Vanderwindt will continue to manage Niagrow Systems as an independent subsidiary business of GGS.
