McCorkle Nurseries Joins Encore Azalea Grower Network
Encore Azalea has added McCorkle Nurseries to its 9-member wholesale grower network. McCorkle Nurseries should bring increased distribution and growing capacity for Encore Azalea.
Encore Azaleas, created by plant breeder Robert E. “Buddy” Lee, are available across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Pacific Northwest. The grower network is managed by Plant Development Services Inc. (PDSI), which is based in Loxley, Ala.
Dosatron Names New Vice President
Dosatron International, Inc., has named Judy McWhorter as vice president of horticulture effective Feb. 12, 2007. McWhorter has more than 24 years experience in the floriculture/agriculture industry.
