Emerald Coast Growers, Ball Seed Team Up

Emerald Coast Growers and Ball Seed have joined forces to set the market on fire with panicum ‘Ruby Ribbons’, grown by Emerald Coast and available exclusively through Ball Seed.

The sun-loving variety emerges in spring with a blue-green base foliage, but by mid-summer the green is replaced by a deep wine-colored foliage.

With its compact size and upright, dense shape, the series should adapt well to most landscapes and offers strong erosion control. The North American Native is hardy to USDA Zone 4 and tolerates both drought and heat.
