Ball Seed Introduces WebTrack To GoSource: Ball Seed

Ball Seed recently launched its mobile app WebTrack To Go for phones and tablets. WebTrack To Go gives customers mobile access to real-time inventory, order status, delivery information, and more.

“WebTrack To Go is our new mobile portal to everything Ball Seed sells, and provides growers the information they need while away from their desks,” Mark Morris, director of IT, said.

The Ball Seed WebTrack To Go app lets customers:

• Check order status and shipment tracking 24-7
• Access up-to-the-minute product inventory
• Find product info, culture and photos
• Upload photos to create and manage claims.

The app will continue to update as more features are developed. The WebTrack To Go app can be downloaded for free in the Google Play and iTunes stores now.
