Charlie Hall to Present Webinar on ’14 Economic Outlook
Texas A&M’s Dr. Charlie Hall will present his annual economic outlook for the green industry during a webinar Jan. 17, from 10-11 a.m. Central time..
The emphasis will be on sectors of the economy that have a direct impact on growers, landscape service providers and retail sales. Hall will also highlight key dates in the upcoming year and suggest a number of indicators all green industry firms can track to better monitor the economic environment.
Hall is a professor at Texas A&M University in the department of horticultural sciences and the current Ellison Chair in International Floriculture. His major research, teaching and extension areas of specialization include strategic management, market situation/outlook, cost accounting and financial analysis for green industry firms.
