De Sangosse Acquires Fine Holdings Ltd.
The De Sangosse group recently announced that it has acquired Fine Holdings Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Fine Agrochemical Ltd. and Fine Americas, Inc., to strengthen its international development strategy.
The De Sangosse group recently announced that it has acquired Fine Holdings Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Fine Agrochemical Ltd. and Fine Americas, Inc., to strengthen its international development strategy.
De Sangosse, based in Agen, France, develops, manufactures and markets products for crop protection, plant nutrition, pest control and seeds.
“This acquisition strengthens our leading position in the specialty markets at the world level,” said Nicolas Fillon, CEO of the De Sangosse Group. “Fine, with its 150 registrations and its presence in more than 40 countries will allow us to accelerate the international development of the group’s business.”
