Dümmen USA has announced the True Grower Guarantee program for spring 2012, which is intended to be a new industry standard in reducing one of the largest frustrations growers experience: delayed or substituted product.

How does it work? When a grower orders Red Fox product originating from Dümmen’s Las Mercedes production facility in El Salvador, it is free of charge if delayed or substituted.

Why is Dümmen offering the True Grower Guarantee? The core motivation is Dümmen’s grower-centric approach to the market; the company listens carefully to its grower customers and hears their concerns about delayed or substituted orders. Nothing undoes careful planning quite as badly as an order arriving late or replaced by an unexpected product. Dümmen is introducing the True Grower Guarantee program to offer growers better confidence in planning their seasons.
