Ecke Web Support Popular with Growers
In this age of instant communication, the horticulture industry has been making some strides forward. Ecke Ranch’s web support programs have enjoyed a 50 percent increase in active users to its online technical resource community.
Busy customers want answers now, said Paul Ecke III, and Ecke Ranch can meet their need for reliable, fast answers.
“With all of the industry consolidation happening, customers are coming to us for help. We are accessible. We are responsive. And customers are voting by their increasing participation in our online community,” he said.
The online community has swelled to 1,200 users, said Rebecca Siemonsma, technical services manager and site manager for Ecke’s web solutions. The online resources along with the focused series of webinars Ecke created is generating strong response from growers, she added.
“We have seen such great success that we are planning a number of other new ways to engage growers and provide an even higher, proactive level of service,” Siemonsma said.
