With an eye for more turns and more profit potential, Emerald Coast Growers has introduced a new flowering grasses program designed to help growers gain more profit and more market share.

“We see great possibilities in colorful, quick-turn annual flowering grasses,” says Cheri Markowitz, sales manager. “They offer great color and texture appeal, and they fit in perfectly with your potted annual program.”

Emerald Coast is launching the program with six selections to start: Briza mazima, Eragrostis tef ‘Ruby Silk’, Lagurus ovatus (Bunny Tails), Melinis nerviglumis ‘Savannah’, Panicum elegans ‘Frosted Explosion’ and Pennisetum villosum Feathertop.

With a range of colors, textures and sizes, these tender annuals offer a wealth of possibilities for mixed containers, patio pots and window boxes. Fast, easy production adds to their appeal.

For more information and availability on Emerald Coast Growers’ flowering grasses program or to order, call 877.804.7277 or visit www.ecgrowers.com.
