Emerald Coast Growers Releases 2016-17 Resource Guide

Growers and brokers now have access to comprehensive information on perennial and ornamental grass introductions as well as market staples in Emerald Coast Growers’ 2016-17 Resource Guide.

“Customers can conveniently access our newest Resource Guide online or in print upon request to empower themselves with information on the latest trends, selling trajectories, garden performance and genetics,” said Cheri Markowitz, sales manager.

The 2016-17 Guide adds nearly 100 new perennials, ornamental grasses and specialty grasses, each featured in full-color, professionally shot photos with complete plant details.

Two new grasses include Calamagrostis ‘Hello Spring!’, a variegated form exclusive to Emerald Coast Growers, and Miscanthus sinensis ‘Bandwidth (‘CP12511’) PPAF’, with broad, bright gold bands that span green blades.

In addition, January 2016 marked 25 years in operation for Emerald Coast Growers, and the company is celebrating its silver anniversary with the Silver Collection: Agastache ‘Kudos Silver Blue’, Artemisia ‘Silver Brocade’ and Heuchera ‘Marvelous Marble’.
