FNGLA Calling for Industry Award Nominations
The Florida Nursery, Growers & Landscape Association (FNGLA), which represents the sunshine state’s $15.2 billion environmental horticulture industry, is calling for nominations for their annual Industry Awards. Each year, FNGLA honors individuals who have given their time, energy and talents in various ways to better FNGLA and the industry. FNGLA’s 2008 Industry Award winners will be recognized during the yearly business meeting at the association’s annual convention, taking place June 12 to 15 in Palm Beach, Fla.
Do you know someone who has helped enhance FNGLA and the industry? All nominations are due by March 1, 2008 for the following industry awards:
- Farm Credit/FNGLA Young Nursery Professional of the Year
- Outstanding Chapter President
- Outstanding Chapter Secretary and/or Treasurer
- Outstanding Division Members
- Outstanding Educator
- Friend of the Industry
- Hall of Fame
- Wendall Butler Award
