Greenex Adds New Sales RepSource: Greenex

Greenex has hired Steve Swart to be the company’s sale representative in the western portion of the United States.

Swart has more than twenty years of horticultural experience with a strong background in both commercial and research growing, as well as crop scheduling and insect pest management.

Swart began his career managing transgenic maize breeding greenhouses for ICI Seeds in Slater, Iowa. He then moved on to grow pre-cooled and finished florist azaleas for Yoder Brothers in Salinas, California.

He also worked as a crop consultant and pest control advisor for United Agricultural Products in Watsonville, California.

Most recently he was the seed trials coordinator for Goldsmith Seeds and Syngenta Flowers in Gilroy, California.
