Prins Acquires Paul Boers

Prins Greenhouses of Abbotsford, BC, Canada, has recently acquired Paul Boers Greenhouse Construction Limited in Vineland, ON, Canada. The purchase, completed April 12, 2005, provides Paul Boers with new opportunities for further product diversification and increased market presence in Canada and the United States. Prins Greenhouses will now offer the complete line of Boers manufactured structures and benches, including poly coldframes and freestanding, and its Herculon gutter-connect greenhouses.
