GreenPartners Web Site Enhanced

Syngenta Professional Products has recently enhanced its GreenPartners reward program Web site (www.greenpartnersonline.com) to provide a more-user-friendly shopping and ordering experience.

The Web site for the program, designed to thank customers for using Syngenta brands, now allows members to easily redeem their points for qualified rewards such as business tools, travel or donations to local associations.

The enhanced site is built much like an online store, providing members with 24/7 access to the program and their accounts. Upon logging in, members are provided with reward options and recommendations based upon their available point balance. For convenience and ease of use, fast order tracking, recent statement activity and donation guidelines are some of the new features associated with the new GreenPartners’ shopper-friendly Web site.

Athens Select Adds Propagators

The Athens Select Marketing Association has added Knox Nursery, Orlando, Fla., and Peace Tree Farm, Kintnersville, Pa., to its group of licensed propagators.

According to Robert Dupont of Dupont Nursery, president of Athens Select, the addition of the new members gives the Athens Select propagator network a greater ability to meet increasing demand nationwide. “The need for heat- and humidity-tolerant plants exists everywhere – from the Deep South to the Midwest and even the Northeast, where summer temperatures can get quite hot and humid,” Dupont explains.

The “Growers’ Corner” section gives detailed cultural information for commercial production of ‘Million Stars’ under a variety of climatic and geographical conditions.

The “How It’s Done” section is an informative tour that tells visitors how ‘Million Stars’ evolve from tiny plantlets in tissue culture to cut flowers.
