Plug Connection Receives MPS CertificationSource: MPS

MPS-ABC is the largest ornamental-specific scheme worldwide for environmentally friendly production. MPS has branches in more than 50 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North and South America. There is a strong growth of new participants in the United States, which is due to the step-by-step approach of MPS-ABC and the grower inside through clear graphics and overviews.

Plug Connection is one of the new MPS-ABC members. Tim Wada, owner, stated, “We were the first operation in our segment of the industry to become certified organic, and it was natural for us to continue along the sustainability path.”

Wada chose MPS because of “the grower-driven mindset and we liked the idea of being able to compare ourselves with growers who run similar operations,” added Wada.
