Yoder to Host Fall Field Day
Growers and retailers with an appreciation for garden mums and their complimentary sidekicks, the fall-blooming asters, are invited to feast their eyes on the 2007 Yoder Garden Mum and Aster Fall Field Day.
The event, scheduled to take place on Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Lucas Greenhouse in Monroeville, N.J., offers many reasons to attend. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the newest garden mum and aster varieties and how they compare with existing Yoder and competitor varieties as well as talk to growers about how to successfully grow and market mums. They can also evaluate the garden mum and aster trial fields for themselves.
