Light on clear days is unevenly distributed within the greenhouse. Diffused light is more evenly spread, delivering more light into the canopy and reducing the temperature of the upper canopy. Harmony screens for retractable interior shades and energy/shades use highly diffusive white strips to broadly and evenly scatter light only when needed.
