The Roto-Fill machine fills flats, plug trays, reforestry trays and more. The adjustable vibrating system and the height-adjustable, fast rotation rotor guarantee uniform soil density as well as equal soil distribution. A proximity switch in the storage chamber keeps soil level (weight) uniform. The filled trays are finished and cleaned with a height-adjustable, rotating brush unit. No adjustment is necessary for the width of the trays. Capacity depends on the adjustable speed setting. Extra options include automatic flat/tray dispenser with or without tray-stack-supply conveyor, dibble station, watering system and conveyor system.
