A true systemic fungicide, Fosetyl-Al 80 WDG is rapidly absorbed and translocated in both the xylem and phloem to provide protection from tip to root. It also provides preventative control of Pythium and Phytophthora in ornamentals and bedding plants. Fosetyl also suppresses bacterial blight caused by certain pathovars of Xanthomonas campestris.
