Syngenta Flowers, Home & Garden has appointed Chris Freeman as senior key account manager for its Commercial Sales business in the Americas effective March 2015.

Syngenta Flowers, Home & Garden has appointed Chris Freeman as senior key account manager for its Commercial Sales business in the Americas effective March 2015.

I n his new position, Freeman will be responsible for managing the relationships with the c ompany’s vegetative Root n’ Sell partners as well as seed plug producers. He will

also oversee the genetics brokerage operations in Latin America with a focus on strategic planning and growth.

Freeman, who joined Syngenta in 2006, cand has more than 25 years of experience in the agriculture and floriculture business having held key positions at leading

floriculture breeders.

Previously, he also served as a regional specialist and a ssociate professor of horticulture at Colorado State University.

Freeman holds a Master’s degree in Horticulture with a focus on greenhouse business management from Texas A&M University.
