Terra Nova Nurseries Expands TeamSource: Terra Nova Nurseries

Nathan Lamkey and Steve Flickinger have joined the Terra Nova Nurseries team as part of the company’s growth-based management reorganization. Lamkey was hired as director of sales and marketing/assistant general manager. He will focus on sales, marketing and production, along with enhancing the company’s global online presence, increasing communication with company licensees and utilizing new sales and marketing tools that will allow for the creation of more personalized content for customers. Prior to joining the Terra Nova Nurseries staff, Lamkey worked as product manager at Shemin Landscape Supply, Ball Horticultural Company managing the sale of seeds and PanAmerican Seed as an assistant breeder. Flickinger will supervise and direct sales personnel, broker networking and oversee orders as the sales and marketing manager. He previously held positions as key accounts sales manager at Paul Ecke Ranch; key accounts sales manager at Simple Pleasures Flowerbulbs and Perennials; western region manager at MasterTag and the USA sales manager at Norwood Plastic Printers. Scott Christy, former sales manager, was promoted to director of horticulture. The new position allows for the transition into a licensing and technical support role for Christy with the goal of helping licensed propagators and sales representatives in support of the growers they serve.
