MPS Recognizes Dümmen Orange Facility in El Salvador
Southern Risk Management Education Center and Texas Nursery & Landscape Association are hosting a webinar, “Making Cents of Green Industry Economics.”
The webinar will take place on July 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM CDT.
Dr. Marco Palma will present findings from the latest National Green Industry Survey while also discussing preliminary data regarding the economic contributions of the green industry sector.
Palma is an associate professor and extension economist in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University.
Due to budgetary limitations, the availability of data from federal government sources has been limited the last few years. This current report is a summary of the state of the industry and focuses on trends in productions and marketing characteristics.
