OHP Launches New Biathlon Herbicide
OHP Inc. has announced the introduction of Biathlon herbicide to growers in the production ornamental market.
“We are positioned to become a leading player in ornamental herbicides much like we are with insecticide/miticides and fungicides,” said Dan Stahl, vice president of marketing and business development.
The pre-emergent granular herbicide, a combination of oxyfluoron and prodiamine, is produced on an easy-to-use, low-dust and odorless granule. Biathlon controls grass and broadleaf weeds in field and container ornamentals, ground maintenance and other non-crop areas.
