You are invited to attend the Indiana Flowers Growers Association 29th Annual Meeting on Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 12 and 13, 2011.

You are invited to attend the Indiana Flowers Growers Association 29th Annual Meeting on Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 12 and 13, 2011. Due to the positive feedback received last year, the fall meeting will once again focus around Purdue-generated research and Extension. In order to encourage greenhouse owners to bring their employees to the conference where they can receive Pesticide Applicator Recertification (PARP) credit for attending the educational sessions, registration fees have been kept to a minimum. All events will be located in West Lafayette, Ind.

Itinerary is as follows:

Wednesday, Oct. 12

9 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Bennett’s and/or Galema’s Greenhouse Tour (on your own)

12:30 pm to 5 p.m. – Lunch workshop and educational sessions, University Plaza Hotel

5 p.m. to 8 p.m. – Cocktail reception and awards, University Plaza Hotel

Thursday, Oct. 13

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Golf tournament, The Elks Country Club
