Four employees of Dow AgroSciences have been named new positions in the company.

Mark Neterer was recently named as Urban Pest Management sales leader for Dow AgroSciences. In this role, Neterer will lead sales activities for the Turf & Ornamental (T&O) and Pest Management business. He has more than 30 years of industry, customer and product knowledge in addition to marketing and sales leadership experience. Natalie Ciambrone will serve as marketing communications manager. Ciambrone will assist in the development of marketing communication plans and will be responsible for implementing marketing communications tactics for T&O, Range & Pasture, Vegetation Management and Pest Management. Colleen Derksen will assist T&O customers in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming as a sales representative. Derksen is replacing Mae Council who accepted the newly created role of supplemental distribution regulatory specialist in the U.S. Crop Protection regulatory group located in Indianapolis.
