Florikan ESA Receives EPA Award
Florikan E.S.A. (Environmentally Sustainable Agriculture) recently received a Gulf Guardian Award through a program administered by the Environmental Protection Agency’s Gulf of Mexico Program.
The award was presented to Ed Rosenthal, Florikan’s chief executive officer/president, and Betty Rosenthal, chief financial officer, by Stephen Johnson, administrator of the U.S. EPA and other EPA officials. The award, given to companies for environmentally sustainable practices, acknowledged Florikan’s production of controlled-release fertilizer products that reduce impact on the environment.
