Lean Flow Workshop Slated to Meet in April
A two-day workshop on implementing lean flow techniques in the green industry will take place in Santa Barbara, Calif. April 11 and 12.
A two-day workshop on implementing lean flow techniques in the green industry will take place in Santa Barbara, Calif. April 11 and 12.
Attendees will learn how to reduce costs by improving productivity, optimizing floor space, improving throughput and reducing overproduction. The workshop is designed to help young plant and finish growers, nurseries, seed production facilities, vegetative farms and cut flower facilities become more efficient and reduce cost.
The workshop is sponsored by FlowVision, a global management consulting group specializing in lean business practices and supply chains.
