McHutchison adds 3 to service team

McHutchison has added three industry professionals to its service team, including hires in customer service, claims support and regional sales.

Beth Engle joined the McHutchison customer service team, bringing decades of horticulture industry experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Michigan State University.

Samira Kuykendall was named claims specialist and will support the greenhouse sales team. Her role will focus on credits and claims, with an emphasis on service and communication. Kuykendall earned a business degree from Joliet Junior College.

Isaac Laster joined as a sales representative covering Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. He will work with Tim Meyers, who is retiring this fall, as he transitions into Meyers’ accounts in the coming months. Laster attended CAST 2026 and is scheduled to attend several trialing events and trade shows. He previously held sales roles with WestRock, Riococo and BFG, and earned a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Texas A&M.

“Our latest hires have a combination of deep horticultural knowledge and genuine commitment to service,” said Ken Turrentine, president, McHutchison.
