FNGLA To Present Industry Awards at Annual ConventionSource: Florida Nursery, Grower and Landscape Association

Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association will honor individuals who contribute time and energy into enhancing, protecting and serving Florida’s nursery and landscape industry in June.

Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association will honor individuals who contribute time and energy into enhancing, protecting and serving Florida’s nursery and landscape industry in June.

The awards will be presented in conjunction with FNGLA’s annual convention.

Recognitions include The Wendell Butler Award, which is presented to an individual for service to FNGLA; and the Hall of Fame Award, which is a lifetime achievement award.

The following individuals will be honored with FNGLA awards:

-Hugh Gramling, Tampa Bay Wholesale Growers (Plant City, Florida): FNGLA Hall of Fame inductee
-Theresa and Kevin Riley , FCHP, Rockledge Gardens (Rockledge, Florida): The Wendell E. Butler Award
-Richard May , May Nursery (Havana, Florida): Farm Credit/FNGLA Young Nursery Professional
-Deb Joneck , Florida Coast Equipment Inc. (Boynton Beach, Florida): FNGLA Outstanding Volunteer Member
-Stephen Greer , FCHP, South Dade Senior High (Homestead, Florida): FNGLA Outstanding Educator
-Tyson Emery, FDACS Division of Plant Industry (Gainesville, Florida): FNGLA Outstanding Friend of the Industry
Amanda Hébert, Big Earth Landscape Supply Inc. (Tampa, Florida) FNGLA Tampa Bay Chapter: FNGLA Outstanding Chapter President
-Chandler Green, Green Heron Landscapes (Naples, Florida), FNGLA Royal Palm Chapter: FNGLA Outstanding Chapter Secretary
