Heimos & Millstadt to Host Poinsettia Trials
This November, N.G. Heimos Greenhouses and Millstadt Young Plants will host poinsettia trials in November and will feature more than 100 poinsettia varieties.
N.G. Heimos Greenhouses and Millstadt Young Plants, in Millstadt, Illinois will be hosting an open house on Thursday, November 18 and Friday, November 19, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This open house will show a comparison trial of more than 100 poinsettia varieties. In addition, the hosts are conducting a PGR trial and OHP chemical trial. The trial will feature poinsettias from Syngenta, Ecke, Dummen and Ball/Selecta. Representatives from each company will attend to answer questions about breeding. Appointments are available and refreshments will be provided.
