CriderAmericas’ Open House Showcased New Facilities
CriderAmericas hosted more than 150 vendors, growers and customers at an open house at their new Cedar Creek facilities on March 7, 2006. The day was an opportunity to officially open their brand-new office and manufacturing complex as well as show off the greenhouse designer and manufacturer’s capabilities.
The day began with a field trip to a greenhouse expansion CriderAmericas recently completed at Klepac Greenhouses, Blanco, Texas. Once back at the CriderAmericas headquarters, Steven and Clay Crider cut the ribbon officially opening their new 4,000 sq.ft. office complex and 20,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility. CriderAmericas capped the day off with a Texas barbeque enjoyed by visitors and staff alike.

Simply Beautiful Launches New Web Site
Growers, retailers and consumers now have a better source for information about the Simply Beautiful brand: the all-new Web site at www.simplybeautifulgardens.com.
Completely redesigned over the past year, the Web site has a new look and features for growers, retailers and consumers.
For Growers. Get the complete lineup of Simply Beautiful plants and all the details on available program support for growers. Growers can list their businesses in the “Wholesale Supplier” locator so garden centers know who to call when they want to order Simply Beautiful plants.
For Retailers. There is complete tag, packaging and merchandising information. In the “Find a Wholesale Supplier” section, retailers can locate growers who carry Simply Beautiful plants. Retailer can list their stores in the “Retailer Database” so consumers can be directed to buy Simply Beautiful varieties there.
For Consumers. With the “Plant Finder” database, consumers can search for plants by specific characteristics and receive a list of Simply Beautiful plants that meet those criteria. They can also use the site’s “Find A Garden Center” feature to locate retailers in their area who carry Simply Beautiful products.
