NASDAQ Delists Hines Horticulture’s StockSource: Various

The NASDAQ Stock Market announced last Tuesday that it would delist the common stock of Hines Horticulture, Inc. The stock was suspended on Aug. 8, 2007, and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time. NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting becomes effective 10 days after filing Form 25.
