Nufarm Americas Announces Appointments
Nufarm Americas, Inc. recently announced the appointment of three ornamental region managers in target regions across the U.S. to capitalize on the companys position in the U.S. ornamental market.
The following promotions have been made: David Etzler to southeast ornamental manager; Jerry Bunting to northeast ornamental manager; and Jim Crockett to Great Lakes and midwest ornamental manager. All three will be focusing on end-user grower calls as well as support to Nufarm distribution.
The addition of three focused salespeople will augment the companys current activity in the greenhouse and nursery side of the business, said Arden Bull, Nufarm national ornamental manager.
“These new region managers will concentrate on promoting the broad portfolio of combined Nufarm products,” Arden said. “Their more than 60 years of combined experience will greatly enhance the Nufarm presence at the grower level and enable us to be more frequent in service recommendations and support.”
Prior to his promotion, Etzler served as regional sales manager with Nufarm in College Station, Texas. Before joining Nufarm, he had stints with SePRO Corporation and Hines Horticulture.
A retiree of the U.S. Air Force and a former teacher, Bunting has been in ornamental sales for more than 20 years. He started as an agricultural sales representative with Dow Chemical Company in Mississippi, he alsonu has held various positions with Novo Nordisk, Abbott Labs, Valent Professional Products and Nufarm.
Crockett has more than 25 years of direct production and agronomic program development in both greenhouse and nursery segments. His experience includes time with ChemLawn Services, Imperial Nursery, Cleary Chemical Corporation, Color Spot Nurseries and QCOM Corporation.
