Pleasant View Gardens Hires New Territory Sales Manager
David Martin has joined the Pleasant View Gardens team as its new territory sales manager. Martins responsibilities include account management, new product launches, territory management and expansion and production planning, along with industry relations, operations and personnel management. “Were excited to have David on board with us,” says Pleasant Views national sales manager Andy Huntington. “Someone with his kind of sales savvy and growing experience is rare. But more importantly, David shares the kind of passion and customer-centric attitude thats been instrumental in us continuing to grow our business.” Martin began his horticultural career as a sales representative for Vaughans Seed (Novartis). He managed 125 wholesale and retail greenhouse and nursery and garden center accounts in the Northeast; and was responsible for selling and promoting young plants, nursery stock and hard goods from a network of 300 horticultural companies.
