Pinnacle Products International Acquires Schaefer Ventilation Equipment
Schaefer Ventilation Equipment, manufacturer of ventilation and thermal comfort products, has been acquired by Pinnacle Products International, Inc., a global developer, manufacturer, marketer and distributor of portable heating and ventilation products.
Schaefers dealer network will now have access to Pinnacles and Schaefers expanding product offerings as well as the addition of new distribution in Europe, Asia and South America.
Schaefer will continue to operate from its headquarters in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota under the Schaefer banner. The current Schaefer management and sales leadership structure will remain in place.
