Webinar Series Offers Guidance During Economic Downturn
In this time of economic uncertainties, decision makers have a high-tech and convenient resource to help them navigate a shifting terrain.
A three-part webinar series, “Shine in ’09: High Performance Management to Survive Turbulent Times,” sponsored by Texas A&M’s Dr. Charles R. Hall, the Ellison Chair in International Floriculture and Texas AgriLife Extension Service, aims to assist leaders in making better and more informed managerial decisions in the midst of an economic downturn.
The series tackles critical and timely issues. The first installment, presented by Dr. Charles Hall today, discusses action points to fine-tune downturn strategies. On April 14, Dr. Don Wilkerson of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will lead the second webinar highlighting ways businesses can differentiate themselves from the competition by developing their own sustainability code of ethics. On May 12, Dr. Jennifer Dennis of Purdue University will address “green” marketing strategies necessary to thrive in a maturing marketplace.
All three webinars will be held at 11 a.m. CDT.
Participants will learn useful strategies to increase their firms’ bottom line.
